As an important foundation for promoting sustainable and high-quality economic and social development, mining is the key to increasing the intelligent development of new technologies and processes. QINGYIJIANG Sodium Sulphate Co., Ltd. (QYJSSA) uses mechanical thermal compression evaporation technology for sodium sulphate production, promotes scientific and technological innovation, realizes zero-carbon production, and becomes a leading enterprise in the industry. The entire project is recommended as a "coal-to-electricity" demonstration project.
1.New technologies and processes drive intelligent production processes
QYJSSA explores economic transformation and upgrading, researches and develops innovative production technologies, and uses intelligent methods to build mines to achieve the development goal of intelligent and high-end enterprises.
In recent years, QYJSSA has made continuous achievements in the fields of energy saving and consumption reduction, technological innovation of production lines, and research and development of high-purity sodium sulphate products. For example, during the construction of the new production line, there have been more than 20 technological innovation projects, 5 of which have obtained national invention patents.

2.Following the national carbon neutrality policy, QYJSSA has achieved zero carbon production
Considering the long-term operating costs and environmental protection factors, QYJSSA decided to use MVR technology to replace coal-fired boilers with clean electric power, eliminate two 75-ton coal-fired boilers, fully upgrade production equipment, and successfully achieve automatic control of process and technical parameters. After the new equipment is put into operation, it will reduce coal by 220,000 tons and save water by 530,000 tons per year; reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 660,000 tons and sulfur dioxide by 780 tons per year, and achieve maximization of comprehensive benefits and zero discharge of industrial waste gas and industrial wastewater.
3.QYJSSA vigorously advances technological innovation
QYJSSA actively participate in technological innovation, vigorously promote technological innovation, implement ultra-low emissions, and effectively improve the green and intelligent level of enterprises. After technological transformation, product quality has been improved, and the output value has also been greatly improved. At the same time, the environmental protection concept of all employees has been strengthened, and environmental protection supervision has been actively carried out, and finally the company has embarked on a green and sustainable development path.
At present, QYJSSA has become the first green enterprise in the industry to realize the clean and environmentally friendly production of sodium sulphate. The use of clean energy, in terms of economic benefits, breaks export restrictions and reduces corporate costs; in terms of social and environmental benefits, it reduces carbon emissions in the production process and improves air quality.
